These terms govern access to PlotMaps software and services provided by PlotMaps, Inc. By using PlotMaps, you agree to these terms.
PlotMaps is software
PlotMaps provides interactive mapping and related software tools. Using PlotMaps does not create a brokerage, agency, fiduciary, legal, tax, or financial-advisory relationship with PlotMaps, Inc.
Map and property information
Maps, imagery, places, boundaries, property details, and listing information may come from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Do not rely on PlotMaps as the sole source for boundaries, ownership, availability, pricing, safety, navigation, or transaction decisions. Verify material information independently.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access credentials. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, extract data in violation of provider terms, or use PlotMaps in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
Paid access and downloads
If PlotMaps offers a paid feature, subscription, or download, the price, billing interval, included access, and any applicable cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. Additional software may have installation requirements presented with that download.
Ownership and third-party services
PlotMaps software, design, branding, and original content belong to PlotMaps, Inc. or its licensors. Third-party maps, imagery, listings, and services remain subject to their respective owners' terms. These terms do not grant ownership rights beyond the limited right to use PlotMaps as provided.
Availability and responsibility
PlotMaps is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, PlotMaps, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and questions
